overview
After I asked the founders what they wanted to see in the logo, I assessed the unique quality of the name and decided to highlight that characteristic by mixing the character style of Hindi, which is where the word "Rahut" originates from, with the English word. Rahut means relief and I wanted to mirror a minimalistic but interesting design that reflects the organization's background. As a nonprofit that delivers meals to those in need during the pandemic, I added a mockup to illustrate what a bag with our logo could look like.

my role
As a social media manager, I volunteered at events and photographed the meaningful moments shared between those in need and our team. As I volunteered, I understood the nuances that came with our name and thus the creation of our logo. Using my experience with Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop, I created a logo and went through multiple revisions to attain a symbol that perfectly encapsulates our team's character.
